Belinda Betts, Project Director
is the lead for the museum project; managing, developing and delivering the vision and objectives in order to establish a successful museum business.

Heather Morrow, Head of Heritage is responsible for the development and delivery of portable heritage strategy for Blackpool, management of Council’s various heritage collections and the community heritage programme.

Deborah Makin, Finance and Admin Manager is responsible for a wide range of business support services; to ensure the efficient management, procurement and delivery of the project.

Kerry Vasiliou, Community Engagement Manager is leading our community engagement, consultation and participation programme.

Rachel Sykes, Community Engagement Assistant is supporting our community engagement, consultation and participation.

John Simpson-Wedge, Learning and Skills Manager is developing a programme of events and activities for delivery in the museum and the community.

Emma Heslewood, Curator is developing content and the collections to support the delivery of imaginative displays.

Jill Carruthers, Exhibitions Coordinator is responsible for the development and delivery of an exciting temporary exhibition programme for the museum.
